In Egypt the last ISP was apparently Shutdown, so How can Egyptians gets their tweets out ? There are two ways to tweet, Audio Tweeting and Dailup tweeting. Speak2tweet & Dialup are the two ways to tweet.

Dialup – a number of people and groups are providing dialup numbers for those inside Egypt trying to get out to Tweet, email and so on.
Egypt continues to block its Citizens from the Internet, also blocking the World from an inside view at the protests and nrest there. Blocked Twitter on last Thursday, Egyptian President Hosni Mubarakh reacted to the increasing protests against this regin by shutting down the four major ISPs, which provided with connections to the Internet, where Landlines and Mobile Phones also followed.
