Step 1 - First of all Download iOS IPSW file from Here
Step 2 – By using iTunes Update your iPhone (for that – Connect iPhone to your Computer, then click on the Check for Updates button with this Option in Mac or Click on Shift Button in Windows PC, and then Select the Downloaded iOS 5 IPSW File to it.
Step 3 – Wait few seconds while it will update, so that you can see a new Activation Screen.
How to Activate iOS 5 :
* Tripple Click the Home Button, so that it will activate the Voice Over
* Now Triple Click the Home Button and Emergency Call will appear
* Now Click on the Emergency Call, and when it is switching, Swipe with your Three Finger Down.
* Now the Notification Center will appear.
* Now Click on the Weather Widget, so that this Weather application will Laod.
* Now Click on the Home Button to Exit to the iPhone Springboard.
