Samsung’s Bada OS version 1.2 SDK is Now Live. While Bada OS is the Samsung’s own Operating System for Smartphones, and now announced for the availability of Bada 1.2 SDK. The First Smartphone was Samsung Wave s8500 with Bada OS implemented and released to the Publick in Jaunuary 2010.
This SDK of Bada 1.2 OS is the Software development kit for the final version of the Mobile OS which is Live Now, and is the own propriatary of Samsung OS specially developed for the Smartphones.
Deveopers are provided with the necessar tools to create Applications for Samsung Wave Series of Smartphones with this Final release of Bada 1.2 SDK, which includes, Wave, Samsung Wave II, Samsung Wave 525, Samsung Wave 533, Samsung Wave 575, Samsung Wave 723, and Samsung Wave s8500.
While Previous features of Bada SDK 1.2.0b1 have been also included in this final version of Bada 1.2 SDK.
Samsung Bada 1.2 SDK Features:
1. Conditional app launch: bada can launch an application at a specific time; bada can launch an application when the phone is connected by USB cable to a PC and a specific application is running on the PC
2. HTML/JavaScript or Flash SWF can be native apps without C++ coding
3. Open GL/ES 1.1, 1.2 Extension (PowerVR)
4. Wi-Fi EAP support
5. New UI Sequencer tool added
6. Memory leak detector
After seperately installing this Bada SDK, there are four new launguage packs can also be ported to the Samsung Phone.
