First of all, you have to Jailbreak iPhone 4 or iPhone 3GS on the latest iOS 4.3.3. Follow these Guides – PwnageTool 4.3.3 for Mac, and Redsn0w 0.9.6rc15 for Windows and Mac or Sn0wbreeze 2.7 for Windows.
Step 1 – Open Cydia on your iPhone 4 or 3GS, then Go to Manage -> Sources
Step 2 - Now Tap on “EDIT”, and then Tap on “ADD” and Enter the following repo http://repo666.ultrasn0w.com then tap on “Add Source” as shown below.
Step 3 – Search for Ultrasn0w 1.2.3 and then Install it, when installed your iDevice became Unlocked.
Step 4 – Now you have to Restart your iPhone 4 or iPhone 3GS, so that you can enjoy Unlocked iPhone 4 or Unlocked iPhone 3GS on iOS 4.3.3.
